I have done my B.Com with 45% and B.Ed with maths and social science. What should I do to get a teaching job?

Just gain your experience because schools want degree and experience. So apply for a job and do it, don't consider the salary. It's okay to start at a low salary. You will get promotion and higher salary. Go for government/private schools, and government's other teaching programmes. Best of luck.
