I have done my B.Com with 51.25% and M.Com with 56%. What is the procedure to pursue MBA in Germany?

If you have completed a four year degree (10+2+4) that is completed 16 years of education, then you are eligible to apply for Masters in Canada and Germany. In both the cases, you need IELTS minimum 6.5 Band overall and all components minimum 6 band. You can apply directly or through education agent
