I have done my B.Com with 60% marks but I'm weak in practical Q of accounts. Which trade should I choose in MBA: HR or finance?

You can do MBA in both finance or HR but for a better package, finance is good.

MBA in HR is a better option. Don't opt for finance.

Go as per your interest. MBA in finance has more job opportunities and career growth than HR. If you are interested in HR then go for only top 30-40 colleges and same in finance top 50 colleges.
Do MBA from a good college so that it would be better for your future.
