I have done my B.E. in Electrical from Gujarat University, rite now i am working with L&T its been one year, i wish to pursue my MBA.
i have given IELTS(6/9) but not the GMAT. i feel taking another year of work ex. with L&T (2yrs), will build a stronger profile and i can also prepare other documents and related things , plz guide me on that.

You should work for another year or 2 and then apply for MBA because MBA from a good universities requires the student to have atleast 3-4 years of Full Time work experience. It is recommended that you work for another year or 2. Let me know your thoughts on this.

You can do your MBA as a correspondence or do part time .There are universities providing distance education and part time too.
