I have done my B.Ed in University outside Kerala. Can I do B.Ed second time in Kerala?

Why do you want to do B.Ed twice? It would be better if you did M.Ed from any university. B.Ed from any university has the same value everywhere in the country as long as you have done it from a recognised university.
