I have done my B.Sc 2nd year from Shivaji University, Maharashtra. Can I complete my final year from here?

No. You can transfer college within same university but could not change Universities. You will have to complete your final year where you completed first two.

Hi,
Sorry to say, but you can't do half course in one and rest in another university. Try to finish your B.Sc from Shivaji University, and then move wherever you want.
