Hello Kulkarni,
As your profile is good, you can opt for IISC Bangalore integrated M.Sc+Ph.D programme by clearing JAM exam, if you're interest in Research field. REVA university, M. S. Ramaiah College of arts and Science, Oxford college of Science are best in terms of fees & placement. All the Best
