    I haven't been able to understand why exactly you have not been able to get Hons degree, but I can surely help you with M.Sc Biochemistry eligibility which is as below. In order to become eligible for M.Sc Biochemistry, the candidate should have Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks aggregate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology and other Life Sciences subjects. If you need specific information about a particular college, please mention the name of the college.
