    Hello Dear, For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions. So you can definitely participate in UPSC examinations.

    Yes absolutely, you can apply for UPSC. Basic requirements for UPSC exam is that you must have to graduate in any stream for more details about UPSC exam please refer given link:
