It is very nice to know that your desire to study further even after doing your B.Sc. In food technology has not diminished. But, I will like to advise that it is a good idea to take up a job somewhere for two to three years, and then think of doing MBA. By doing this, you will have gained experience of working with all associated issues in the industry. You would then also be qualified for one year of Executive MBA in any one of the leading business schools. However If you insist on doing MBA via distance education mode, then do it from a reputed university or a reputed distance learning institution like IGNOU.
