I have done my B.Sc with 65% but I have taken an extra year for my backlogs. Am I eligible to get into IITs?

You can go for IIT JAM for M.Sc. For that, you have to qualify the JAM exam and you should have scored 55% marks in graduation.

You can give the entrance exam. Rest, things will be decided as per your entrance results.
