I have done my B.Sc with botany, zoology and chemistry. Do I have to prepare for ZB and C separately if I want to pursue M.Sc?

If you want to appear for M.Sc entrance of zoology, you have to prepare all that you have done in your B.Sc level all subjects you had except for language.
