    Hi,
After B.Sc in PCM, you can have diverse options for choice. M.Sc Degree or MCA course can be selected. But, if you are opting for MBA, you can select any specialization stream up to your interest. Specialization streams like HR, marketing, finance, etc. are offered. It is better for you to select streams like IT, Systems, Biotechnology etc. In my suggest you to do MBA in disaster management or in agriculture management. Coz In both field, scope is far better and full utilization and implement of your PCM knowledge. Otherwise it is up to you. Because these two things is also better for future and good job.

Yes, MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. Each specialisation in MBA needs specific personality traits thus keeping in mind your personality & interest areas in mind you need to decide what specialisation, you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of ones interest areas are much higher.

Choose the specialization that will help you pursue your dream job, if you have one. Otherwise, just regular MBA or Finance, Retailing also are good courses in terms of packages.
