I have done my B.Tech and I want to work at an airport. Which course shall I pursue for the same?

You can apply for cabin crew profile which requires only 12th as educational qualification. Jobs in aviation do not necessarily require the Candidates to hold a degree in aviation to get hired. The airlines or avaition companies train the Candidates as per their needs after shortlisting them by some
