I have done my B.Tech from an autonomous college. Can I pursue M.Tech via distance from an AICTE and UGC approved college?

AICTE is just council for technical education as it name suggest All India Council for Technical Education
For Approval in distance education the power is with UGC DEB and it is mandatory for colleges to get AICTE approval.
Further, to your question as per UGC MHRD notification B.Tech and M.Tech can't be pursued through distance and such a degree stands to be invalid.
