I have done my b.tech in c.s.e and i am decided to go for a certification course it is better for me or not

I am intrested in both networking and server from which course i will get the job easily microsoft or cisco and which is the level 1 certification course of microsoft

Certification from which institute will matter a lot . one more thing I would like to tell you if you think that its just a certification course then it won't gonna be fruitful to you. give your best then only you will get the best output.
