I have done my B.Tech in civil stream in 2016 with 53.84%. I'm planing to do MS from Germany from public college. What should I do?

    First of all, for MS, you profile matters the most. Whatever the project you handled, work experience or internships make your MS plan bit easier. Even if your profile is not that amazing, still there's a chance so that you should score GRE impressively (320+ is better). Your good SOP (statement of Purpose), well defined letter of recommendation from at least two universities will help you to be considered that you're capable of handling the program they offer.     As far as I know, Germany is not that good for civil in MS. If you are keen on doing MS, write GRE and TOFEL.
