I have done my B.Tech in EEE and currently I am pursuing M.Tech in power electronics. Am I eligible to write UGC NET exam?

Hello, You can apply for UGC NET undoubtedly but if you are pursuing M.Tech then you will be eligible for fellowship on after completion of M.Tech. As you said that your subject is power electronics, so you can apply for the exam in electronics science subject.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the UGC NET Exam under Electronic Sciences. As per the rules of the NTA an aspirant can appear in the exam after completing the Masters or once get enrolled in the Master's degree course.
