I have done my B.Tech in Electrical engineering (EEE). Can I change my branch in M.Tech to some other course?

Your Master degree in engineering should be relevant to your Bachelor degree in engineering. You can't change your stream entirely while stepping forward from B.Tech. To M.Tech.
