I have done my B.Tech in mechanical engineering. Can I do PG Diploma in disaster management (PGDDM) from IGNOU?

Aah! That's very nice of you to think of. An engineer getting trained in disaster management is the best combination. Yes, you not only can do this course but I would wholeheartedly say that you must do it.
