I have done my B.Tech in mechanical with 67%. Am I eligible to pursue Masters in Germany?

Hi Maneesh,
Ideally, the university looks at a good academic record to invite applications. Further, as it is a Masters programme, all the more necessity to have a great academic score. So, please clear you exams and apply to your desired university.
