I have done my BA English with 78.5% from Kalinga University. Am I eligible to get admission for MA English in IGNOU?
I have enrolled for MA English but some of my friends are saying that Kalinga is blacklisted.

It is not blacklisted as of now. It is fully functioning university and is recognised by UGC. https://kalingauniversity.ac.in/Approval.aspx
