Having a BA without geography as a subject may restrict one's eligibility for an M.Sc. in geography. For entrance, most colleges demand a relevant background in geography. However, precise qualifying requirements can change, so it's important to confirm with the university of choice.

You can do MA in geography, but not MSc because you are from Humanities background.

For admission in M.Sc in geography, you need to have a degree in B.Sc (Hons.)/B.Sc in geography.
