I have done my bachelor's in engineering (IT), and am currently into technical sales. How do I climb up the corporate ladder?
Though the question category I've chosen is "Management", and MBA sounds like an ideal answer, I don't want to jump into it, without researching and looking at various other opportunites. Please feel free to drop in your suggestions :)

However for climbing up the ladder not always an MBA is required. If you wish to diversify into core IT domain then some core courses in IT/BI/SAP will be beneficial.
