I have done my bachelor's in engineering (IT), and am currently into technical sales. How do I climb up the corporate ladder?
Though the question category I've chosen is "Management", and MBA sounds like an ideal answer, I don't want to jump into it, without researching and looking at various other opportunites. Please feel free to drop in your suggestions :)

Hi Suhani. If you wish to remain into technical sales, then an MBA Marketing definitely is the choice to climb up the ladder. However for climbing up the ladder not always an MBA is required. If you wish to diversify into core IT domain then some core courses in IT/BI/SAP will be beneficial. Rgds, D
