I have done my Bachelors in mechanical engineering. What procedure would be better for me to work and settle in Canada?

You can, but you should have at least 2 year experience, or if you have any reference in Canada, then you can go for Canada by giving IELTS exam and you should score 7 band to get visa. If you manage to score that much, you can easily go to Canada to work. Next to Germany, now a days Canada is growing destination for mechanical and civil engineers to work and study.
