Yes, you are eligible to apply to RIMS. Just download the application form from www.rimsbangalore.in and send it to the institute.

yes you can do MBA full time , for takea dmission in good institute you should give CAT or MAT test , but there are some top institute in which it is difficult to take admission due to distance degree, if your degree from university which is UGC or DEC approved then you are eligible for full time MB
