I have done my BBA with 60% and I have got 5.5 band in IELTS. Can I apply for MBA in New Zealand?

Dear,
For doing MBA in New Zealand Universities valid IELTS/ TOEFL score is 6.5 overall with 6 atleast in all bands. Universities there prefer more having work ex 4-5 years for admission in MBA.
