    Since you are a BCA you could pursue any of the following specializations keeping in mind your career aspirations and interest areas:
    - IT, systems, HR, finance, marketing and retail.

    The MBA specialization stream needs to be selected based on the kind of job / field in which you want to make your career. If you are interested in marketing then you may opt for that. If you want to change totally then you may opt for banking and finance or even operations. So first decide what you want to do in your career i.e. in which field you want to work.
