I have done my BE-electronics fresher 2011,my engg.agg.is 59.52%so thats my problem what course i must join so that I can get a good job

What kind of short term course i should do so that I can get a good job in IT or electronics industry.Basically my problem is my percentage,so please sujjest me any certified course which help me to come out of it
