I have done my BE in 2018. Can I start doing MBA in HR with my BE backlogs?

Hello, you have to complete your Bachelor's degree first, and you should have at least 50 percent aggregate in undergraduate studies. Then, you have to appear for the CAT exam. So, without clearing the backlogs, you cannot start your Masters studies.
