I have done my BE in 2018. Can I start doing MBA in HR with my BE backlogs?

Hello,
Without clearing the backlogs, one cannot pursue his/her full-time MBA from any college. Try to clear them as soon as possible, appear for the various MBA entrance exams of your choice, perform well in the interview rounds (if shortlisted), and then only you can resume your MBA. -
Hello, you have to complete your Bachelor's degree first, and you should have at least 50 percent aggregate in undergraduate studies. Then, you have to appear for the CAT exam. So, without clearing the backlogs, you cannot start your Masters studies.
