I have done my BE in extc. Now, I can't take a decision that where should I go. Should I do ME through GATE or do MPSC preparation?

What should I do. In college placements, I didn't get any place or job. I am just frustrated. Now, I am interested in 8 MPSC but not sure. Please give me suggestions.
