REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Educational Qualifications : Graduation in any discipline.
Students in final year of graduation are also eligible for
the exam.
The eligibility of being graduate is required at
the time of filling Mains form.
2. Age limit:

If is it becholars degree then you are elgible for UPSC exam.

for UPSC exam minimum qualification is graduation therefore you are eligible for UPSC exam.
