I have done my civil engineering with 58%. Which courses and colleges shall I choose in Canada?

58% is not a competitive score to apply in Canada. You have to check college websites for the requirements and apply accordingly. Check SPP colleges. About the course, you should be knowing it by now. If you have no clue what you want to study then applying abroad just for no good reason makes no sense.
