I have done my Diploma and BE in electrical engineering from Pune University. Do I fit in the criteria to study Masters abroad?

Hi Animish, You are qualified to study abroad. But mere possessing the degree won't help, you must see if you have enough grades as well. Sound academic record is important. Additionally, you have to take tests like IELTS or TOEFL or even the GRE depending on where you want to study.
