I have done my Diploma in civil engineering and I am interested in earthquake and planetary geology. How can I study abroad?
My budget is not high, I can pay around 2.5 LPA.

Hi Neeraj, the budget is no doubt on a lower side so see if you can arrange for education loan and also, if you have a good profile, you can get a scholarship too.
