I have done my Diploma in ECE and I am working from last 6 years. Can you suggest some top university for doing graduation via distance?

If you want to do correspondence course then I think BCA will be better option for you. If you are not necessarily looking for admission in course related to your stream then BBA, BA, etc. will be better. As these course don't demand much attention as BCA will. IGNOU is the top level distance course
