You cannot do both courses together, and moreover you cannot do aeronautical engineering, but after completing BE in electrical and electronics, you can pursue your career in Aeronautical Engineering. Good luck.

You may not be able to pursue Aeronautical Engineering, due to your background in EEE. Also, you cannot pursue 2 technical courses at the same time.

You cannot do BE in both the streams at a time, you can take any one stream for BE. I am not sure about that after Diploma in electrical and electronics. One can do BE in aeronautical engineering. But, you can surely take electrical and electronics engineering for BE. All the best.
