You cannot do both courses together, and moreover you cannot do aeronautical engineering, but after completing BE in electrical and electronics, you can pursue your career in Aeronautical Engineering. Good luck.

No. Not possible.

You may not be able to pursue Aeronautical Engineering, due to your background in EEE. Also, you cannot pursue 2 technical courses at the same time.

Is it possible to do one in open university and other in regular?

You cannot do BE in both the streams at a time, you can take any one stream for BE. I am not sure about that after Diploma in electrical and electronics. One can do BE in aeronautical engineering. But, you can surely take electrical and electronics engineering for BE. All the best.

Brother I am understanding your interest towards aeronautical engineering but with your qualifications (Diploma in electrical and electronics engineering), you cannot take admission in that. So, it's better you go for electrical engineering for your Bachelors. All the best.
