I have done my Diploma in electrical engineering. Which are the top institutes to pursue BE/B.Tech via distance education?

Dear Nitin,
As of now Distance BE or B.Tech is not permissible as per AICTE and considered invalid, However, petition are filed in courts for a relief from this rule but will take time.
