I have done my Diploma in mechanical with 81% and my caste is NT-C. Can I get admission in any college for B.Tech in mechanical?

Yes, you can definitely get admission in B.Tech Mechanical. B.Tech/BE through lateral entry (direct second year admission) will be best for you, you have to appear for LEET examination to get a good college.
