I have done my EEE Diploma with 78% and B.Tech EEE with 65% in 5 years. Am I eligible to study MS in Germany?

Hi,
If you completed your B.Tech in 5 years, it doesn't matter. The thing matter is your over all profile along with co-curricular activities. And IELTS band depends on universities. So go for your area of specialisation.
