I have done my electrical engineering Diploma with 75%. Is it possible to take admission in aeronautical engineering in this college?

Yes, Diploma holders in electrical can seek admission in aeronautical engineering branch in lateral mode. But why do you want to leave electrical engineering? Job opportunities in Aeronautical Engineering are much less as compared with electrical engineering. My advice would be not to leave electrical engineering.
