I have done my engineering and presently I am interested in doing MS. Is MBA good or engineering stream good?

You can pursue MS (later do Ph.D ) if you want to expand your knowledge about a specific field i.e. science. Else, if you want to enter in the business world (E-Commerce) and all then go for MBA.

It would be better if you go with MS because MBA is beneficial only if you do it from a top college like IIM, XLRI.
Doing MS followed by Ph.D would increase your success opportunities.
