I have done my graduation and PG from a private university in India. Can I get job opportunities in Germany?

It is difficult to get job directly based on Indian University degrees and experience in Germany unless you have super specialist skills because of visa restrictions and challenges. I have done my graduation in electronics and communication and pursuing Masters in communication engineering. I have done my internships from Doordarshan and AAI, Ranchi.
I prefer a job abroad before I enroll for PhD in India.
