I have done my graduation and post-graduation. And, I want to be a lecturer in college. What should I pursue B.Ed or M.Ed?
Also, tell me any short courses after MA.

Go for M.Ed. You can go for Ph.D and give NET exam.

For lecturer post, you need to pursue B.Ed.
