I have done my graduation from DU with 62.37%. Can I get admission for B.Ed in IPU without prior registration?

You need to take the entrance exam if you want to pursue B.Ed from IPU. Some private college (if affiliated to IPU) can offer you admission but they will charge a heavy amount for the same.
