I have done my graduation from HNBU Garhwal University in 2007 with 49% and I am an ex-serviceman, can I apply for B.Ed?

Hi,
Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. As per GGSIP University rules widows/ war widows / wards of defense personnel will be allowed 5% relaxation of marks in the minimum eligibility. Thanks.
