I have done my graduation from NIOS. Can I apply for Canada study visa?

Hi, NIOS offers secondary, post secondary and Diploma programmes not Bachelor's degree, so how did you graduate from NIOS? You have to use these terms properly specially it will mean a big deal when you are applying to foreign universities.
