I have done my graduation from SOL DU and have a back in part 2 of maths but I've cleared my 3rd-year exam. So, can I apply for B.Ed?

You need to have your graduation cleared with no backlogs to apply for B.Ed or any programme. Having a backlog will affect your selection process further.
