    Hello Neha,
    The UGC NET Exam is conducted by CBSE on the behalf of UGC for the lectureship and award of JRF. As per the notification,https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-exam candidates can apply for the subject in which they have completed their post graduation degree. As you have completed the MBA in HR, you can apply for UGC NET HRM. The eligibility criteria for the UGC NET Exam is as follows:
    The candidates must have post graduation with 55% marks from recognized university. There is no age limit for lectureship but candidates must be below 30 years for JRF.

    National Eligibility Test or the NET is the entrance exam for candidates who want Lectureship job or wish to pursue Ph.D. in the future. In order to appear for the NET Exam, you would have to choose Human Resources Management (HRM) as your subject when applying for the exam. Regards.
